The Kansas FBLA Pin Design Contest gives members the opportunity to create the official state trading pin that will be used at the FBLA National Leadership Conference. The winning design represents Kansas FBLA and is produced as a physical pin that members trade with other states at NLC. Designs should creatively represent Kansas’ identity, incorporate unique elements, and be visually appealing for trading. Each chapter may submit up to two different designs for the contest. Pin designs may include up to six colors (black does not count as a color) and should follow all submission guidelines. Entries are typically due in December and must be submitted along with a short form. After submission, designs are voted on at district conferences, with the winning design announced at the Kansas State Leadership Conference in Topeka, Kansas.
