The Kansas FBLA By-Laws serve as governance to the Kansas FBLA State Officer Team.  Any changes must be submitted in writing to the Kansas FBLA State Executive Board by 12/15/25 to be voted on at the Kansas FBLA State Leadership Conference by the voting delegates.
