State Leadership Conference
The Kansas State Leadership Conference is an event for students to compete and qualify for the National Leadership Conference. SLC is an affordable way to meet new people across the state, grow character, and develop competency in business skills. Students test their career preparedness in competitive events and receive feedback from business professionals. The 2027 State Leadership Conference will be held from March 31-April 1 at the Storemont Vail Events Center in Topeka, Kansas.

Event placers are recognized at the awards ceremony at the State Leadership Conference. In most events, the top 4 places have the chance to compete at the National Leadership Conference.
