FBLA Conferences

Kansas FBLA and National FBLA host numerous conferences throughout the year to engage students with business and industry in a hands-on learning environment.  Conferences feature captivating keynotes, workshop presentations, and competitive events, all of which are designed to help bring business and education together.

National Fall Leadership Conference

Students and advisers participate in motivational general sessions, professional development, and career planning workshops. For many FBLA members, the NFLCs are a convenient way to experience much of the education and excitement of an NLC closer to home.

State Leadership Conference

Compete for a spot at the NLC!  Going to SLCs is a terrific and affordable chance to meet new people, grow character, develop competent, aggressive business leadership, learn about FBLA, and even consider becoming a state officer.

National Leadership Conference

FBLA members have the competitive edge, as the best and brightest of FBLA convene to compete in leadership events, share their successes, and learn new ideas about shaping their career future through workshops and exhibits. This four-day conference is considered the pinnacle of the FBLA experience, especially for those running for national office. FBLA has forged partnerships with industry leaders to underwrite competitive events and scholarships for students achieving national ranking.

Summer Leadership Seminar

FBLA members have the opportunity to grow as leaders during the Summer Leadership Conference. Students from all over Kansas are encouraged to attend the two day SLS and meet new people, learn how to be effective leaders and promote FBLA. SLS is jam packed with seminars, workshops, and ice breakers that students can use as they become leaders in their chapters!
